See Available Jobs (Mobile)
You can easily locate, filter, and accept new jobs within your coverage area. You can accept the job as scheduled or propose alternate times to complete the work. You can also use the Contractor Platform to view available jobs; check out See Available Jobs. These work orders have a status of No Contractor Found or Dispatching.
- Log in to the Mobile App.
- Swipe right on your list of current work orders (or tap the Hamburger icon) and tap Available Jobs.
- With Map View selected, review the jobs for which you're eligible that are within your coverage area. Pinch with two fingers to zoom in to see job locations on the map. You can also tap List View to see a list of available jobs.
- To see details about a work order, tap a pin in Map View and swipe up. If you're in List View, tap a work order and swipe up. This job in List View has Special Instructions with important information about the job.
- To accept an available job:
- View special instructions, property details, job times, and payout. The payout can only be viewed by Contractor Owners and Contractor Admins.
- Tap Accept to accept the job at the scheduled time.
- Tap Propose New Time to suggest a new day and time. If the date and time have passed or if there is no scheduled time for the work order, propose a new time:
- Choose the technician who'll be on site.
- Choose the proposed date and time and tap Submit. If you want to enter more than one proposed time, tap Add and specify the new date and time. When you propose a new time, Motili is notified and works with you to coordinate and finalize the scheduled time.
- Tap Confirm to verify the technician and the proposed time.
- Tap Back to Available Jobs. Motili is notified of the proposed dates and times and will work with you to coordinate and finalize the scheduled time.
Tip: Do not show up on-site until a Motili representative confirms the scheduled time with you.
- To change the type of jobs you can see and other criteria:
- On the Available Jobs page, tap the Filter icon at the top of the screen.
- Tap Type and select the type of work you're willing to perform.
- Tap Eligibility and choose jobs for which you're eligible or jobs that require more credentials.
- Tap Distance and choose the radius for your search. For example, choose Inside and Outside My Coverage Area.
- Tap Apply Filters.
Tip: If you can't see a work order and think you should, you can adjust the type of notifications you are receiving. Swipe left to leave Available Jobs and tap Profile. On the Information tab, tap the Edit icon, and choose Dispatching, Back Office, or both for Email Notifications. You can also edit some of your personal information here.
